Over the years, my friends and family have noticed a huge difference in my smile and I always recommend him. Dr. Mark has a very kind and gentle chairside manner and his knowledge of his craft is unparraleled. Massiel, the hygienist, also has an easy and gentle chairside manner. I no longer fear cleanings and come every 3 months. The entire staff at the office are warm and welcoming and always put the care and comfort of the patients first. I was very impressed and will be going back. I felt like I was the only person there the amount attention I received from everyone. The xray process was also very thorough--they even took dslr pictures of my teeth from every possible angle. Through that process, they were able to tell so much about my teeth besides the problem I was having. The cleaning was done exceptionally well, using the latest water flosser that feels gentle but precise. They applied vaseline on my lips to prevent any cracking. That type of detail is so appreciated. They even have TVs on the ceiling hahaha. The doctor too was very articulate about what my problem might be.
